Really interesting essay. I've never known quite what to make of "Lucifer Rising," and actually have a hard time sitting and watching the whole thing. I guess this makes me pretty typical of today's pop-culture-spoiled, short-attention-span, media consumer. I wonder what Anger thinks about the influence his imagery and techniques have had on music video.

Oh by all means give it another shot. There's so much beauty packed in 30 minutes!
