Really interesting essay. I've never known quite what to make of “Lucifer Rising,” and actually have a hard time sitting and watching the whole thing. I guess this makes me pretty typical of today's pop-culture-spoiled, short-attention-span, media consumer. I wonder what Anger thinks about the influence his imagery and techniques have had on music video.
