woh!!! this story is great, The line from the story “the camera was a machine for seeing more than the eye could see.” is really strong , well definitely camera had many functions like keeping a photo from it, but nothing beats the storage in our heart it can save all the memories.

Thanks, I was absolutely interested in reading that story! I actually suspected that the kid had come into misfortune as is the stereotype with child actors, plus I had heard that since he was found in a “feral” state as that article you linked puts it, he didn’t really have anyone to look after him. How amazing that he ended up a healthy happy grandpa, sounding upbeat even after Katrina. Not even Nanook lived that long and prosperously! Look forward to seeing that LSU project especially if he’s in it.
